The role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our company's goals.
- Lead our marketing team in promoting our digital solutions, focusing on KOL mapping and identification services.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a creative work environment that encourages team members to excel.
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Drive initiatives to enhance brand awareness and positioning.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Utilise market insights to inform marketing strategies and identify areas for business expansion.
- Establish KPIs for marketing initiatives and regularly analyse campaign effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior marketing role within the life science industry, focusing on digital solutions (product management).
- Expertise in KOL mapping, identification and engagement services is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
