VitalSource®, is hiring a Product Manager (Launch) to contribute to our Product team located in Raleigh, North Carolina or remotely within the U.S. If located in Raleigh, this is a hybrid role that includes a combination of in-office and remote work days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works with management to implement product development in accordance with business and product strategy.
• Partners with management, to help define the vision and future direction of the assigned products and related platforms.
• Manages the product roadmap for assigned products through an understanding of the assigned platform capabilities, market trends, and demands.
• Works with the Engineering team to ensure proper prioritization of projects, delivery schedules, and quality of end product.
• Interfaces regularly with customers and users to develop an understanding of their needs, articulated and non-articulated.
• Provides analysis and specification requirements for product enhancements to Engineering that define successful growth of the product to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Participates in the user groups, planning and presenting to current customers.
• Ensures that new and existing products operate smoothly; interacts with other departments to maintain operational success.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience with product development
• 3 years leading implementation projects and managing external relationships
• Experience working within EdTech, Learning Management Systems, and integrations
• Travel Requirement: 10%

Salary Range: $85,000 to $120,000
