As a Staffing Manager, you will support several prime contracts and subcontracts, working closely with Visionist PMs of each contract to ensure that staffing needs are satisfied. Some responsibilities will include maintaining internal tracking systems, engaging with partnering companies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the best candidate is selected for open positions. Additionally, you will be assisting current staff who are interested in changing programs by identifying and moving them into new roles. Responsibilities: 
  - Work with Visionist employees who are interested in making a program change to identify potential options and coordinate related staffing activities (resume templates, submission, interview, etc.)
  - Manage candidates, positions, start, and departure dates using the appropriate internal staffing tool(s), as well as coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of contract staff
  - Provide routine staffing metrics to the Program Managers
  - Communicate with internal staffing teams and partnering companies to ensure candidate submissions are in applicable templates, as well as communicate openings weekly
  - Review and understand labor category requirements
  - Coordinate with Program Managers to ensure position descriptions are current and consistent with requirements
  - Screen candidates to ensure labor category requirements are met for all candidate submissions prior to presenting to Program Managers
  - Arrange interviews for candidates by coordinating schedules with the PMO and respective personnel
  - Compile interview feedback and communicate source selection to the applicable partnering company in a timely manner


Requirements: 
  - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  - 2 years of experience in Staffing
  - Strong ability to work within tight deadlines by prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-moving environment
  - Keen attention to detail in regard to implementing and following processes
  - Familiarity with government contracting and clearance processing
  - Eligible to get a TS/SCI Clearance + Poly
