Visionist has an exciting upcoming opportunity for a Systems Engineer on our PRIME contract. You will be joining an exciting mission centered around providing visualization and presentation services for the prototyping, development, and production of analytic tools. The team focuses on providing user experience, systems engineering, and graphic design support to an entire software development portfolio. You will have the chance to participate in Neilson Norman Group Trainings, as well as 508 training, to develop and advance your skills. Your contributions are… 
  - Research and document user workflows to improve intelligence product usability
  - Design user interfaces and front-end systems that are modern and intuitive
  - Create mockups, prototypes, and visual designs using tools such as Axure, PenPot, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
  - Collaborate with developers, system engineers, managers, and end users to refine design solutions
  - Translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly visuals and interactions
  - Contribute to the design of graphic interface elements (menus, tabs, widgets, etc.)
  - Support multiple development teams by providing UX guidance and design assets 
 
Requirements for your new career…
  - Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 5 years of experience may substitute degree)
  - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas visually
  - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and end users
  - Experience with UI/UX prototyping, visual communication, and interactive design
  - Familiarity with UX design across multiple applications
  - Experience as an analyst, end user, or mission SME is highly desired

Salary range: $65,000 - $135,000
