Your contributions are…
- Engage directly with stakeholders to refine goals and outcomes, and act as an internal stakeholder to reduce miscommunication and accelerate delivery
- Translate customer mission needs into technical requirements that guide development priorities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret insights and alerts produced by the system, and recommend courses of action, remediation steps, and best-practice improvements
- Analyze infrastructure request-versus-realization patterns to identify issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Apply expertise in networking and cybersecurity (offensive and defensive) to evaluate infrastructure usage and detect vulnerabilities
- Develop scripts, automations, and integrations that enhance team workflows and improve system reliability
- Advocate for user experience and operational utility, ensuring the team builds software that is intuitive, mission-aligned, and valuable in real-world use

Requirements for your new career…
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
- 12 years of experience in systems engineering
- Deep understanding of networking and internet protocols
- Experience with cybersecurity concepts, tools, and analytical methods
- Familiarity with graph and search technologies (e.g., Neo4j, Elasticsearch, Splunk)
- Strong background in scripting or software development (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience engaging directly with customers and stakeholders

Salary range: $165,000 - $240,000
