Visionist is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our small and collaborative team in support of an upcoming contract award. Recruiting is a top priority so you will have the full support of Visionist leadership. We are looking for someone who loves sourcing and bringing fresh ideas to attract skilled professionals in this field. At Visionist the recruiting team has input into marketing, event planning, process development, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Obtain a working knowledge of Visionist programs and their relative opportunities
- Gain knowledge of the Intel / DoD community’s recruiting and staffing processes including the basics of clearance processing and contract placement
- Perform full life cycle/end-to-end recruiting to include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, evaluating, negotiating offers and closing
- Ensure candidate retention by maintaining contact through regular check ins throughout the hiring process
- Maintain an active role in obtaining referrals and re-activating candidates when appropriate positions come available
- Create your own networking community for developing strong connections with candidates to ultimately increase our presence in the local Intel Community
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to market/brand Visionist to our target audience for digital/print material
- Coordinate recruiting related events such as outside events, career fairs, networking events, and more
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter including sourcing, screening, interviewing, ATS maintenance, offer negotiation and closing
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while providing a high level of customer service to both hiring managers and candidates
- Be highly organized
- Bachelor's Degree required. Areas of study in business, human resources, or a related field preferred.
