Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph required
As a Scrum Master, you will act as the lead on a new team, working from the ground up to deliver a critical product to users by establishing development and reporting processes for the project. You will be working directly with the customer to gather requirements, form those requirements into a development timeline, and place them on a development schedule. This role requires technical knowledge and scrum experience to help set the schedule and guide the team towards deliverables. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in System Architecture design, project management, and AWS as well.

Responsibilities:
- Define business/mission requirements and system goals through working with senior leaders, technical SMEs, and stakeholders
- Break down the project into components, identify priorities, and task a development team
- Manage the team throughout implementation of the product
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline
- 17 years of experience in Systems Engineering
- Experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts
- Expertise in documenting software products, design specifications, instruction manuals and schedules
- Experience acting as a Scrum Master for a large project in which a team was built from scratch to execute a new requirement
