Join our fast-paced Agile Development team creating a next generation telecommunications system built upon a heavily system engineered modular communications framework. The system is currently under development with a highly anticipated operational rollout within the next 6-8 months! The team consists of extremely talented individuals rooted in the success of the SIGINT mission. We play a vital role in our country’s national security by providing America's leaders with critical information they need to defend our country and save lives.   • Manage system and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with the defined system architecture(s) – Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Service-oriented Architecture (SOA), etc.
  • Work alongside the development team supporting the customer mission and running a Scrum Team.
  • Manage the development roadmap, schedule, management of system requirements and
  • Perform customer/end user outreach/support.
  • Track development team priorities, progress and status of capability implementation.
  • Investigate and research external dependencies and perform actions required for obtaining Authority to Operate.
  • Run an independent Scrum team.
  • Provide technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of specific components of complex hardware/software systems to include requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, conducting systems requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface standards, developing system architectures, and performing technical/non-technical assessment and management, as well as end-to-end flow analysis.


  • Experience in an Agile Development Environment including participating in or leading a Scrum Team.
  • Experience working with / managing Jira, Confluence and MS Project.
  • Project management experience.
  • Demonstrated SIGINT experience.
  • CSM or similar experience desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • 14 years of experience as a System Engineer supporting projects of similar scope and complexity.

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge of system Roadmap generation and maintenance - MS Project.
  • Experience with feature / capabilities tracking.
  • Scrum Certification a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team including development.
  • Experience fielding an Operational System.
  • Experience working with groups outside of assigned organization.
