CLIENT RELATIONS ADVISOR / CLINICAL PROFESSIONAL (BILINGUAL)

Your tasks at a glance            

  • You present treatment options to prospective patients across different regions through virtual meetings.
  • You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
  • You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner.
  • You enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations, building rapport, and facilitating steps of their patient journey.
  • You are proficient in using computer tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and EMR systems for tasks such as results tracking, reporting, follow-ups, and managing patient-related activities.  

A clear view of your assets     
  • You have a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, gyms, etc.
  • Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset.
  • You have the desire to succeed while helping customers achieve their goals.
  • You are organized, results-oriented, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • You are comfortable traveling to other clinics for training or work (optional & expenses covered by Vision Group).
  • Required: You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également (advanced intermediate level of French required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our French-speaking patients). 
  • Schedule: You have flexible work availability from Monday to Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm (early mornings & late evenings on surgery days), and occasional Saturdays.
