ASSISTANT CENTRE DIRECTOR / ASSISTANT CLINIC MANAGER

Your tasks at a glance

  • You support the Centre Director in managing the clinic (operations, finance and team) in an effort to provide high quality services.
  • You cooperate with the medical directors and clinic employees to ensure patient satisfaction and productivity.
  • You complete different reports and administrative tasks.
  • You understand and assume different technical positions to support your team, as needed (ex: Receptionist).

  • You have a keen interest in the medical field.
  • You have experience in management / supervision (15+ employees) and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • You stand out for your autonomy, leadership, sense of initiative and responsibility, and stress management.
  • You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset). 
  • Important: You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également (advanced intermediate level of French required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our French-speaking patients). 
  • Schedule: You are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexibility required for occasional late evenings), as well as Saturdays on rotation.
