Your tasks at a glance
- You assist our retention specialists by acting as motivators and tutors through continuous support and guidance.
- You analyze statistical data from several Key Performance Indicators and formulate action plans to continuously improve team performance.
- You work closely with management executives to discuss & implement development strategies.
- You conduct detailed and thorough audits to ensure constant accuracy.
- You provide feedback to be included in each employee’s performance evaluations as well as complete associated validations.
- You collaborate with hiring mangers to facilitate candidate selection.
- You partake in the organization and execution of Vision Group’s annual National Advisor Conference.
A clear view of your assets
- You have a post-secondary degree in Business/Marketing or an equivalent work experience.
- You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également pour supporter nos cliniques canadiennes.
- You have solid management experience, strong retention and customer service skills.
- Your experience in a sales environment is considered a strong asset.
- You're known for being a positive team player who gets involved in your environment.
- You exceed performance objectives and consistently meet targets.
- You have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Your strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic and changing environment.
- You are willing to travel within Alberta to clinics for advisor training purposes, with the frequency of travel varying based on specific needs. Occasional travel to Winnipeg and Saskatoon may also be required.
