Overview of Role
The purpose of the RPA Specialist role is to enhance business efficiency and accuracy by designing, developing, and implementing automated processes using Automation Anywhere.
This role requires a deep understanding of RPA technologies and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver effective solutions. The RPA Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing workflows, reducing operational costs, and improving overall productivity, thereby contributing to the organization's success and growth.
Main duties include:
- Design and develop RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
- Create detailed technical and solution design documents for RPA projects.
- Set up, test, and monitor automated workflows to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots and workflows.
- Provide training and support to team members on RPA best practices and Automation Anywhere features.
- Maintain and update existing RPA solutions to adapt to changing business needs.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all RPA implementations
Successful applicants should:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 4+ years' experience in any related Key Responsibility Areas
- Strong Solution Development and Analytical Skills with ability to manage multiple work streams and deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, optimize and document complex business processes.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Change agent with ability to guide others through change.

- Internet Connection of at least 15 Mbps
- Residence within Cebu
