Overview of the Role
The experienced Paraplanner will be part of our Learning and Development Team as a trainer for new paraplanners
In this role, you'll play a key part in training and equipping new paraplanners through practical, relevant learning experiences. Your expertise will help enhance skills, foster collaboration, and uphold market-leading technical standards.
Main responsibilities include:
- Lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Regularly review the content, questions and exercises to ensure they are current and delivered in a way that is retained and understood.
- Use metrics and feedback tools to assess the success of training programs.
- Develop instructional materials such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.
Successful applicants should:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- At least 2 years working experience as a paraplanner.
- Relevant task knowledge of core training disciplines
- Desire to train, share knowledge, mentor and support trainees.
- Willingness to learn effective training methodologies and tool
- Sound communication skills and willingness to build on presentation and facilitation skills.
- While a Certification from an Australian RTO would be desirable, we will provide this training for the right candidate.

- Internet Connection of at least 15 Mbps
- Residence within Cebu
