Overview of the Role 
The Project Admin Manager (Contractual) is responsible for overseeing office space occupancy, construction, and renovation projects. This role involves leading project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely completion, cost efficiency, and full regulatory compliance.   
Main duties include:  
  • Oversee and manage office fit-outs, renovations, and construction projects.
  • Direct all activities and personnel involved in the implementation and completion of projects, ensuring compliance with construction standards and contracts.
  • Review and evaluate all construction/renovation plans for office space and facilities prior to implementation, completion, and acceptance
  • Report, coordinate, monitor, and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements mandated by Barangay, City Hall, Police, BFP, and other government agencies such as PEZA, BIR, BOI, SEC, and DOLE, ensuring office spaces adhere to governmental, administrative, and audit regulations. 
  • Liaise with government agencies/offices to process, pay for, and comply with the company’s documentary requirements, including building permits, fire safety inspection certificates, and other necessary documents. 
  • Conduct spot checks, to ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Proactively manage and prioritize pre-site requirements and approvals. 
  • Ensure that items included in bidding processes are accurate and within budget. 
  • Ensure project completion within the approved schedule. 
  • Manage document control across all phases of the construction process.
Successful applicants should: 
  • A graduate of any bachelor’s degree  
  • With at least 3 years working experience in Office Management, Project Management and/or Property Management and Compliance 
  • With relevant experience in handling construction fit out projects 
  • Possesses excellent project management skills 
  • Experience in processing government permits for office establishment and business permit renewals 
  • Knowledgeable in Occupational Safety and Health Protocols 
  • Experience in coordinating audits and interfacing with regulators 
  • Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g. PEZA, BOI, SEC, DOLE, etc) 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work

  • Residence within Cagayan de Oro
