This Position

VikingCloud is seeking a results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to support and scale the effectiveness of our Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs). This role will design, implement, and continuously optimize enablement programs that elevate sales performance, with a strong focus on the PCI, Cybersecurity, and MSSP markets.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in sales enablement, consultative and value-based selling, and methodologies such as MEDDICC and Strategic Selling. You will partner closely with sales leadership, product marketing, and operations to ensure the sales team has the knowledge, tools, and training required to drive growth with both new prospects and existing clients. Reports To: CRO - Cybersecurity

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs for AEs and AMs focused on VikingCloud’s PCI compliance, cybersecurity, and managed security services portfolio.
  • Integrate and reinforce sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, value-based selling, consultative selling, or strategic selling across all sales motions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales Ops to produce and maintain relevant sales playbooks, battle cards, objection handling guides, and persona-based messaging.
  • Lead sales training sessions, workshops, and certifications across the global sales team to reinforce product knowledge and effective selling behaviors.
  • Monitor the adoption and usage of Salesforce.com and ensure best practices in pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity qualification.
  • Analyze sales performance data and field feedback to identify gaps and implement continuous improvements in sales enablement programs.
  • Utilize Microsoft O365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneNote, etc.) to create and manage enablement assets and communications.
  • Support quarterly business review (QBR) and sales kickoff (SKO) planning, content creation, and execution.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to enablement that aligns with business goals and directly supports revenue growth and customer success.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with sales and channel enablement tools.
  • Prior experience in a fast-scaling tech or cybersecurity company.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory environments, including PCI DSS.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related sales support role.
  • Experience enabling sales teams in cybersecurity, PCI compliance, MSSP, or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, value-based selling, consultative selling, and/or strategic selling.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact enablement programs for both new business (AEs) and existing account growth (AMs).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com (SFDC) CRM and Microsoft O365 tools.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
