This Position

Senior Configuration Analyst will report into BAU team to help in quality assurance efforts for the product and solution delivery services. This position requires superior organizational skills, strong communication skills.  The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to implement quality initiatives, sustain those initiatives, and create a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of Software Specification Documents
• Integrate and work in a cross functional agile team
• Testing Reports and analyse Data inputs and outputs
• Regression Test execution for new development, and existing releases
• Detailed Test Plans and Test Cases
• Test Execution of test scenarios (new or existing)
• Capable to guide team mates on requirements and testing

Qualifications/ Experience

• Should have minimum of 3 Years of experience in software testing projects
• Knowledge of SCRUM and/or experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience on Manual testing (Automation testing experience will be a plus)
• Understand issues & problems and takes initiative to resolve
• Test specific experience should include the following: test case design; test case execution; test case review; System, Integration and Regression testing; and defect management.
• JIRA or equivalent.
