This Position

This position:

• You will project manage the delivery of our products and services to our clients ensuring we deliver on time, within scope and quality objectives.

• You will manage the delivery plan/master schedule of deliverables ensuring delivery of projects based on business priorities

• You will understand and manage issues, risks and dependencies between projects and plan/manage accordingly.

• You will effectively communicate progress against plan to all impacted stakeholders.

• You will project manage key projects from both a technical and business readiness perspective.

• You will manage other key strategic initiatives as required by the business.

Responsibilities

The role involves the following key areas of responsibility:

• Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with key business stakeholders, team members and external stakeholders (clients & vendors).

• Manage the planning, estimation and scheduling of work for the delivery pipeline.

• Work closely with cross functional teams from mobilisation through to release planning & production deployment.

• Resource planning & monitoring.

• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, within scope and to a high standard of quality.

• Establishing and maintaining project delivery KPIs and performance reports.

• Updating and maintain project management processes and documentation. • Establishment and continuous monitoring of a risks and issue log.

• Facilitate meetings necessary to keep the wheels turning.

• Project management specific strategic projects from initiation through to post-delivery support with necessary supporting documentation.

• Ensuring Jira & Confluence are kept up to date with the release management cycle.

• You’ve got great Jira/Confluence skills, and you use them to visualise the delivery process for the team.

Role Specific Skills

• PMP, Scrum Master or other PM Certification.

• Great Jira & Confluence experience is a must.

• Experience of working in a SDLC – waterfall, scrum

• Fluency in English, spoken and written, is a must.
