Location: Dublin
Hybrid working in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Working from home on Mondays and Fridays.

This Position
We are looking for sales agents who are highly target driven, team players, with a minimum of 1-year Sales experience to join our team on a full basis. If you are ambitious, results-focused and enjoy a challenge, this job is for you!
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets across both inbound and outbound calls with multiple clients.
- Deliver an excellent level of customer service on all customer interactions.
- Working as part of a team, in line with company priorities.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
• Outbound Sales experience in a contact centre or door to door sales is preferable.
• Please clearly outline your previous experience on your CV.
• Leaving cert or equivalent desirable
• Full-time working; 37.5 hours per week, 8-hour shift between 8 am - 10pm stated in the contract. Usual working hours will be 9am -17.00pm Monday – Friday

- Team player with a positive outlook, who enjoys working in sales and customer services environments.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- A passion for tech and software products.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, adhering to agreed schedules.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellence in the English Language – written and spoken.
- Sales/Customer service experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage.
