  • Develops and implements a yearly business plan and target number that achieves revenue, product and market forecasts and goals through a uniform, project driven MBO process.

  • Develops a complete understanding of:

  • - Product features/benefits and their market applications

  • - Tools

  • - Laptop system capabilities

  • - Construction influences- owner, engineer, contractor, jobsite, distributor

  • Understands and executes a balanced multi-market, project driven MBO goals and objectives program.

  • Develops and maintains a balanced distribution network.

  • Fulfills all corporate administrative requirements.

  • Understands the construction cycle and successfully influences decision-makers at all levels to maximize Victaulic sales potential.

  • Investigates and reports on market trends, competitor activity, etc.

  • Communicates and coordinates activities with regional market specialists.

  • Drive Plan through Account/Project Development through all levels

Qualifications (education, experience, personal attributes):

  1. College graduate.

  2. Previous sales experience preferably related to the commercial construction industry or mechanical products.

  3. Self-motivated, confident.

  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional image.

  5. Willing to travel overnight and/or relocate.

  6. Team player.

  7. Competitive, flexible, and resilient by nature.

  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
