Client Contact Centre Operator
Description
Based in Osborne Park, we are an iconic brand in Australia and New Zealand for Pet Health and Wellness. We are seeking candidates to assist the current team in a growth phase for an initial period of 3 months.

Duties Include:
- Undertake the timely processing of customer enquiries
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Work as part of a team to deliver solutions to customers
- Accurately complete all records associated with daily tasks
Key Performance Areas:
- Achievement of high service delivery to customers
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service abilities
- Outstanding organisation and problem-solving abilities
- Computer literate with skills in word, excel, outlook and Salesforce (desired, not essential)
- Previous successful experience in a similar customer service role
