Vetwest South Perth are seeking an experienced veterinary nurse to join the team! 

Vetwest South Perth is seeking an experienced, self motivated veterinary nurse to join their energetic, dynamic team.  

South Perth is a busy hospital with a large team of vets and nurses.  Every day is unique with a good range of surgeries and medical cases to keep things interesting.  The successful candidate must display initiative and want the opportunity to nurse at a higher level, utilising their existing skills as well as continuing to learn and develop new ones.  We offer support, training and encourage continuing education.   

About you
Essential:  

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or the equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a veterinary nursing role.
• VSB registration which you will be reimbursed for.

  
The successful applicant will possess the ability to: 

• Work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Remain calm and react quickly in stressful and emergency situations.
• Display a high degree of empathy and understanding towards the needs of the patients, the clients, and the veterinary health care team.
