Vetwest Canning Vale is looking for a Practice Manager to join their amazing team!

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Leading and managing a fantastic team
• Overseeing the delivery of outstanding veterinary care
• Ensuring the practice runs efficiently
• HR Management of all staff
• Assess clinic accounts, rostering, budgets, KPI’s and other financial reports, recruitment
• WHS Compliance

Systems currently used in-clinic for Practice Management:

• VetS8
• SmartFlow
• OpenVPMS
• EmpLive
• Cornerstone
• SAP Concur

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent, preferred but not essential
• 2+ years of experience working in a Practice Manager/Team Leadership role or the capability to do so with senior nursing skills
• Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide coaching for team members and to build a positive culture in your team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good business acumen and organisation skills
• Ability to keep calm under pressure
• Experience with OpenVPMS (preferred, but not essential)
• Available to start in September 2022
