Vetwest Animal Hospital Ballajura proudly offers veterinary care to the areas of Ballajura, Alexander Heights, Koondoola, Mirrabooka, Malaga and surrounding suburbs. We are a thriving, diverse and busy clinic, comprising of a team of three Veterinarians and five Nurses.
  
Our Clinic:
  
Our fully equipped clinic hosts quality, modern facilities to deliver the best in veterinary care for pets. Our equipment includes digital radiology, My Lab 5 Ultrasound, IDEXX in-house Pathology, IM3 dental machine, Cardell and BM5 patient monitoring systems and a Doppler blood pressure monitor. We house four consult rooms, one surgical theatre, a separate dog ward, an isolation ward, wet table and Puppy Preschool classes.
  
Our visitors will be pleased to see our reception and waiting area have had a facelift; all of our consultation rooms have been fully refitted and our treatment area, surgery rooms and laboratory facilities are all brand new. A fresh new look with the same friendly team!

We are a multi-Vet clinic, ensuring our clients can access appointments without delay and our team members can work collaboratively. Our team provides general health checks, vaccinations, sterilisations, dental procedures and complex surgeries. We are open during the week with extended trading hours until 7pm on weekdays. We are seeking a part-time or full-time Veterinarian to join our clinic! We are on the hunt for someone who shares our values and who thrives in a high-energy environment. What we are looking for:

  • BVSc or equivalent, and registration to practice in Western Australia
  • A confident Veterinarian with a minimum of 2 years’ practical experience
  • A commitment to provide exceptional patient care
  • Ability to oversee the caseload and work autonomously
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship building skills
  • The ability to work in a flexible roster
