We are seeking a commercially driven General Manager Growth to lead and deliver our national growth strategy across the VetPartners network.
Reporting to the Chief Client Officer and working closely with regional, clinical and support office teams, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value through data-led, scalable initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
You will play a key role in identifying and unlocking growth opportunities across the full customer lifecycle, ensuring strategies are both nationally scalable and locally executable within clinics.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing the national growth strategy to drive active customer growth and revenue
Leading customer acquisition across digital, local area marketing and partner channels
Driving visit frequency and customer lifetime value through targeted engagement strategies
Partnering with clinics and regional teams to translate strategy into simple, actionable playbooks
Leading pricing and commercial optimisation initiatives across services and products
Establishing test-and-learn frameworks to continuously improve performance
Monitoring, analysing and reporting on growth performance, including CAC, LTV and ROI metrics
Leveraging data, insights and modelling to inform decision making and prioritisation
About you
You are a highly commercial and data-driven growth leader who thrives in complex, multi-site environments. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are passionate about delivering measurable outcomes at scale.
You bring a proven track record of hands-on growth, ideally from a successful direct-to-consumer environment and are now looking to take the next step, owning and scaling growth across a large, distributed network.
You will demonstrate:
Significant experience in growth, marketing or commercial leadership roles
Proven track record of scaling customer and revenue growth in a multi-site or network business
Strong analytical capability with experience in performance measurement and optimisation
Experience across acquisition, retention and lifecycle marketing
Commercial acumen with experience in pricing or revenue optimisation
Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups
Strong execution focus with the ability to simplify complexity
Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
