Your New Chapter
At VetPartners, we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics. The Regional Manager plays a crucial role in coordinating the business, people, operations, and strategy of our clinics.
We are looking for someone with extensive multisite management experience who can demonstrate a proven customer-centric approach while delivering cultural and financial results. A background in human or veterinary health is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing all operational and people matters, including communications, recruitment, training, development, recognition, and wellbeing.
  • Engaging deeply in customer experience, digital services, and client loyalty activities.
  • Managing the financial performance of the clinics, including budgets and P&L.
  • Leading work health and safety compliance, risk management, and auditing.
  • Collaborating closely with Clinical Leaders to uphold industry standards and innovation, and to guide clinical governance and strategic decisions.
  • Championing change, improving clinic performance, driving client engagement, and creating high-performing service environments.
  • Leading company initiatives, projects, and technology.
  • Employing a transparent leadership style focused on collaboration and engagement.
Skills, Attributes, and Experience:
Essential:
  • Proficient in change management (both personal and as a leader).
  • Effective leadership skills and the ability to manage people successfully, including employee relations, workforce planning, change management, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong financial and accounting acumen with confident reporting abilities.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-directed with strong time management skills and the ability to plan and execute strategies.
Desirable:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Qualifications in business management, human resource management, or a relevant degree 
  • Experience working with multi-site locations.
  • Background in the Veterinarian, Retail, Franchising, or Health industries.
