👩‍⚕️ Role and Responsibilities: As the Veterinary Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic. Your duties will include: 

✅ Assisting and supervising veterinary nurses in providing excellent patient care. ✅ Conducting assessments and ensuring the efficient flow of patients through the clinic. ✅ Collaborating with veterinarians to develop and implement treatment plans. ✅ Monitoring inventory and ordering necessary supplies. ✅ Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation. ✅ Training and mentoring veterinary nurses to ensure the highest standards of care. ✅ Upholding and promoting a positive and friendly clinic culture. 

🔑 Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: 

🐾 Veterinary nurse with a valid Cert IV certificate. 🐾 Proven experience working in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting. 🐾 Strong leadership and communication skills. 🐾 Exceptional organisational and time management abilities. 🐾 Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies. 🐾 A passion for animal welfare and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
