Companion Animal Vet
Description
Join a great team in a full-time or part-time role as as Small Animal Vet at Upper Hutt Vets.
- Up to four days per week + 1:3 Saturdays
- Be supported working along-side highly experienced Vets and a wonderful strong nursing team
- Well equipped clinic complete with, digital and dental x-rays and a dedicated surgical theatre
About you
- BVSc qualified (or equivalent) and registered, or eligible to register to practice in New Zealand
- Ideally 5+ years experience – comfortable with some sole charge and routine surgery

- Upper Hutt Vets are a gold standard clinic, situated in a lovely part of the Hutt Valley.
- Multi-Vet Team – you’ll join 3 other vets whose experience ranges from 1 year – 30 years!
- Fear free focused clinic and our lead vet is Fear Free Elite accredited
- Experienced nurses – Our nurses perform nurse consultations, supporting vets in several different ways to improve patient care
- A part of local community as the first Vet clinic in Upper Hutt – established in 1982
