Are you passionate about animals and looking for part-time work? Ourimbah Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dedicated and reliable Kennel Hand to join our team!

About the Role: As a Kennel Hand, you will be responsible for the care and welfare of the animals staying at our facility. Your tasks will include feeding, cleaning, and providing general support to our veterinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain animal kennels and general areas

• Feed and provide water to animals

• Monitor and report on the health and well-being of animals

• Assist with animal handling and transport

• Provide companionship and comfort to the animals in our care

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Key Requirements:

• A genuine love for animals

• Previous experience with animal care is preferred but not essential

• Enrolled or completed Animal Care Cert II or Cert IV in Vet Nursing

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, responsible, and punctual

• Good communication skills

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
