Thornleigh Veterinary Hospital are seeking an enthusiastic, client focused Clinical Lead Veterinarian who wishes to practice high quality evidence-based medicine in a fun supportive environment. You will have experience in clinical general practice, with a passion for mentoring your team. This role will involve a mix of consulting, surgery, and management responsibilities.

The role:
- Clinical lead veterinarian, seeing primary clinical cases both medical and surgical.
- Oversee training of the primary care Veterinarian team.
- Manage clinical and financial client complaints.
- Performance management
- Assist with training of nursing and animal attendants when needed.
- Business development including strategic plans, marketing plans. Have a say in where the clinic is going!
About you:
- Bachelor or Doctor of Veterinary Science or higher
- Registration with the NSW Veterinary Practitioners Board as a Veterinary Surgeon
- Current radiation license with NSW EPA
