We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition professional to join our Locum Recruitment Team for a 12-month parental leave placement. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.
In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier locum veterinarians for our clinics. You will work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, providing expert recruitment support, strategic talent sourcing, and outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Operations Team and clinics to strategically source and place vets for immediate and future needs
- Engage in headhunting via LinkedIn Projects and Candidate Outreach
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for veterinarian hires, optimising our ATS platform
- Network and build relationships with veterinarians across Australia
- Contribute to business growth by improving and optimising systems and processes
Skills, Attributes, and Experience:
Essential:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Customer-focused with a commitment to exceptional service
- Strategic planner with strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Agile and adaptable, with high attention to detail
- Resilient and able to thrive in the recruitment industry
- Caring and empathetic, supporting the wellbeing and mental health of our teams
Desirable:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Health, medical, or veterinary industry experience is advantageous but not essential
