Brighton Vet is a close-knit, values-driven clinic seeking an experienced and inspiring Clinical Lead Veterinarian to guide a skilled team and continue delivering the high standard of care our client’s trust.
Remuneration & Incentives
For the right Clinical Lead Veterinarian, a highly competitive and flexible package is available, tailored to experience and long-term fit. This may include:
- Salary package of up to $170,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
- $10,000 Lead Veterinarian allowance
- Retention incentive of up to $20,000
- $10,000 at 6 months
- $10,000 at 12 months
- Relocation assistance of up to $10,000, where applicable
- One month of accommodation arranged and paid upfront
- (for eligible interstate and overseas candidates, in addition to relocation support)
- $2,000 CPD allowance + 1-week paid study leave
- Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates

About the Clinic
Brighton Vet is a modern, purpose-designed clinic supporting high-level medicine. Facilities include endoscopy, ultrasound, digital dental x-ray, dedicated theatre and imaging spaces, IDEXX laboratory support, and access to orthopaedic and TPLO equipment.
You’ll be supported by an experienced and highly capable nursing team. The clinic environment has been designed to promote wellbeing and workflow efficiency, with spacious consult rooms, natural light, protected breaks, admin time and structured end-of-day follow-up.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will remain highly clinical while shaping the future of the clinic. You will mentor and support your team, refine clinical standards, foster a collaborative culture and build trusted relationships with clients who value your expertise.
About You
You are a confident and compassionate veterinarian with at least 5 years’ experience, registered (or eligible to register) with the VSBWA. You lead with empathy, communicate clearly, enjoy mentoring others and are committed to excellence in patient care and team wellbeing.
