Customer Service Representative
Description
We are a group of Vet Clinics that operate under a few different names, but are all part of the VetPartners family, and every one of our clinics takes pride in connecting with the local community, putting the health and happiness of pets first. So no matter where you happen to be currently, or if you find yourself moving, you can find the same loving care for your pet.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, animal-loving environment where your communication skills and customer focus will make a real impact across multiple veterinary clinics.
Where do you fit in?
The first question you have is likely to be, how are you going to help, “where do I fit in in the grand plan” so to speak.
To allow our clinics to focus on what’s most important (the care of pets, obviously), we have a dedicated Customer Service Centre that takes some of the tasks the clinics would do and helps with overflow calls. Every call is a chance to make someone’s day a little easier, and if you have that attitude then you will fit in right away.
This isn’t your average call centre job either; you won’t be doing outbound sales where you get hung up on. It’s all current customers of ours who (if they are anything like me) might have forgotten to book in that check-up or vaccination, or they might have forgotten that they have booked in something in the first place. Life gets busy and sometimes people just need a bit of help.
- You'll be supporting real people and their beloved pets, not pushing products or reading from scripts.
- You’ll work with a close-knit, friendly team who genuinely care about each other and the clients we support.
- You’ll be part of something bigger—backing the teams at Vetwest, One Cancer Care, Adelaide Vet and more.
We have just finished the fitout of a brand-new purpose built office in West Perth, close to public transport, heaps of food options around as well.
We don’t need you to have experience in the Vet industry, we will provide full training on everything to do with VetPartners, but any experience working in a customer service environment would be really helpful.
This sounds like the role for me
If you are a dedicated to ensuring that people and their pets are looked after, and like to talk to people on the phone then we want to hear from you. You can send through your CV to us using the APPLY NOW button, or email it direct to [email protected] – I know how difficult it can be putting a Cover Letter together as well, so if you struggle with these things, don’t feel like you need to include it.
