Veterinary Nurse
Macquarie Vetz Animal Centre & New Lambton Veterinary Clinic

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Casual or Part-time Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly teams, working across Macquarie Vetz Animal Centre and New Lambton Veterinary Clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated nurse who enjoys variety, flexibility, and being part of supportive, well-established clinics.

About the Role:
This position offers flexible shifts across both clinics, providing exposure to a diverse caseload and the chance to work alongside experienced veterinarians and nursing teams in a positive, collaborative environment.

About You:
You will be a compassionate, reliable, and adaptable Veterinary Nurse who enjoys delivering high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)

• Previous experience in a small animal clinic

• Confidence in general nursing duties, including:

• Anaesthetics monitoring

• Surgical nursing

• IV catheter placement and blood collection

• Patient care and hospitalisation

• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
