The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our daily operations and support our veterinary and nursing team. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys balancing leadership, organisation, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations

• Lead, mentor, and support reception and nursing staff

• Manage rostering, workflow, and staff performance

• Handle client relations and ensure exceptional service standards

• Oversee financial processes including budgeting, billing, and reporting

• Maintain compliance with veterinary regulations and workplace policies

• Coordinate inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships

About You

• Previous experience in a veterinary practice or healthcare management role

• Cert IV Vet Nurse Qualification 

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills

• Financial and administrative competence

• Passion for animal care and client service
