Partnerships & Growth Manager (12-Month Contract)
Location: Macquarie Park, NSW (Hybrid)

At VetPartners, we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics. This role features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the office to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement, and will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional veterinary care.
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Partnerships & Growth Manager to step into a 12-month parental leave cover. This pivotal role ensures the continued success of our Best for Pet Wellness Plan, driving growth through B2B partnerships, marketing execution, and clinic enablement.

What you’ll be doing
B2B Partnerships
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies for Best for Pet and VetPartners.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with business goals.
  • Lead negotiations including pricing models and go-to-market plans.
  • Draft and support partnership agreements in collaboration with Legal and the General Manager.
  • Develop marketing assets, training guides, and launch materials for partners.
  • Manage partner relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Set, monitor, and report on partnership KPIs (e.g. revenue, leads, retention, adoption).
 
Clinic Enablement & Channel Growth
  • Maintain clinic engagement strategies to drive in-clinic Wellness Plan sales.
  • Deliver training and enablement tools with the Wellness Program Training Manager.
  • Support communication and change management for product updates.
  • Ensure consistent execution of in-clinic activations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and track performance.
 
Product Campaign Marketing
  • Maintain and refine product positioning and messaging.
  • Execute go-to-market deliverables for new launches and campaigns.
  • Manage acquisition and retention campaigns in collaboration with CEX and agency partners.
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to ensure alignment.
  • Work closely with the Wellness Program Training Manager to support clinic activations and success.
 
What we’re looking for
  • Degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in B2B partnerships, business growth, and product adoption.
  • Strong collaboration skills across tech, operations, and field teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimise performance.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented with a high level of ownership and accountability.
