The Role

As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the clinic, ensuring efficient operations, exceptional client service, and a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and workflow

• Lead, mentor, and support veterinary and reception staff

• Manage rostering, staffing, and performance reviews

• Handle client relations and ensure a high standard of customer service

• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting

• Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Coordinate inventory, suppliers, and equipment maintenance

About You

• Proven experience in a practice management or similar leadership role (veterinary or healthcare preferred)

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• Financial acumen and experience with budgeting

• Passion for animal care and client service

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
