What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day:
- As our new Lead Veterinarian, you’ll have the autonomy and support to make this role your own, including:
- Leading clinical decision-making and mentoring a close-knit, capable team.
- Consulting and performing both routine and complex surgical procedures.
- Delivering high standards of patient care and supporting pet owners with empathy and expertise.
- Managing day-to-day workflow with the support of experienced nurses and a well-structured appointment schedule.
- Collaborating with your team to maintain our strong reputation for personalised care.
- Playing an active part in our community-focused approach, including compassionate end-of-life support.
- You’ll be stepping into a well-functioning clinic that’s respected by our loyal client base, and ready to welcome a new leader to carry our legacy forward.

About You:
- A qualified Veterinarian registered (or eligible) in QLD.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in small animal practice.
- Confident in handling both routine and complex cases.
- Driven to lead, grow and mentor a team while delivering excellent patient care.
- A strong communicator who builds meaningful connections with clients.
