About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and organised Receptionist Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our busy front-of-house across our Andergrove clinic. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead by example, support our reception team, and ensure our clients and patients receive exceptional service at every visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support our reception team

• Coordinate daily reception operations to ensure smooth client flow

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships

• Manage bookings, payments, and client communications efficiently

• Collaborate closely with vets, nurses and management to ensure a seamless experience for clients and patients

About You

• Previous experience in a veterinary reception, medical, or customer-facing leadership role

• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills

• A friendly, professional and compassionate manner

• Confidence handling busy periods and managing competing priorities

• A genuine love for animals and a passion for providing great client care
