At VetPartners, we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics. As the Relationship Manager- GP Liaison for our Specialty Emergency and Critical Care Hospitals, you will play a crucial role in connecting veterinary general practitioners with VetPartners Specialty network. Your primary focus will be facilitating communication, promoting hospital services, and ensuring seamless operations that enhance client care and professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinary GPs.
  • Organise and attend events to network and promote services.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of GP-related activities.
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance pet and client-centered care.
  • Ensure referring clinics and clients receive tailored information.
  • Assist GPs, clinics, and clients in making informed decisions about pet treatment.
  • Serve as the main contact for GPs regarding our products and services.
  • Manage GP engagement and digital communications.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. 
  • Work with sales, marketing, customer support, and product development teams to align strategies. 
Skills, Attributes, and Experience:
Essential:
  • At least five years of experience in sales/marketing.
  • Proficient in CRM management.
  • Proven experience in customer service and service delivery.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
Desirable:
  • Background in Veterinary Medicine or a related field.
  • Experience working within or closely with veterinary general practices.
  • Familiarity with the veterinary or healthcare industry.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and project management.
  • Proven ability in driving business transformation initiatives.
