As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Full-Time Multi-Site Business Manager to help bring structure, leadership, and energy across our clinics.

This is a role where you’ll make a real difference — supporting our teams behind the scenes so they can do what they do best in the consult room.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly across multiple sites, including:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations across clinics

• Leading, mentoring, and supporting clinic teams

• Managing staff rostering, performance, and workflow efficiency

• Improving systems, processes, and client experience

• Monitoring business performance, budgets, and KPIs

• Supporting growth initiatives and new opportunities

• Acting as the link between leadership and on-the-ground teams

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in operations or multi-site management

• A natural leader who brings out the best in people

• Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills

• Confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• A people-first mindset with excellent communication skills

• Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or service-based industries (preferred but not essential)
