Full-Time Head Veterinary Nurse – Join the Team at Ryde Veterinary Clinic

About the Role

As Head Veterinary Nurse, you’ll play an important leadership role in the clinic, working closely with our veterinarians and nursing team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, mentoring, and supporting the veterinary nursing team

• Coordinating daily nursing workflows and patient care

• Assisting with surgical and medical procedures

• Maintaining high clinical and hygiene standards

• Supporting client communication and education

• Helping foster a positive, collaborative clinic culture

About You

We’re looking for someone who is not only clinically skilled but also a natural leader who enjoys supporting and guiding others.

Ideally, you will have:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)

• 3+ years of veterinary nursing experience

• Previous leadership or senior nursing experience (highly regarded)

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• A positive, proactive attitude and genuine love for animals

• The ability to work well in a supportive team environment
