About the Role

As Head Veterinary Nurse, you’ll be a key leader in the clinic, working closely with our veterinarians and nursing team to ensure outstanding patient care and smooth daily operations.

You will:

  • Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team

  • Coordinate daily workflows and patient care priorities

  • Assist with surgical and medical nursing procedures

  • Maintain exceptional clinical, safety, and hygiene standards

  • Support clear, compassionate client communication and education

  • Help shape a positive, respectful, and team-driven culture

About You

You’re not just clinically capable—you’re a natural leader who lifts those around you.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)

  • 3+ years of veterinary nursing experience

  • Prior senior or leadership experience (highly regarded)

  • Strong organisation and communication skills

  • A proactive, positive, team-first attitude

  • A genuine passion for animal welfare and client care
