Description
Sydney Veterinary Emergency & Specialists is a 1000m2 purpose-built facility which in conjunction with our exceptional staff allows us to provide excellent care to patients. The emergency service is a 24 hour a day service with a team of experienced and supportive Vets. The referral team comprises of surgical, medicine, anaesthesia and imaging specialists, in addition to our dermatology specialist and dental service.
We are looking for a caring and professional hospital coordinator to join the team on a full-time basis.

About the job:
- Coordinating the transition of cases between internal departments
- Liaising with other specialist hospitals, including coordinating patient transfers and scheduling outpatient treatments
- Building and maintaining referring vet relationships
- Client relationship management, including responding to client complaints and supporting the reception team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Optimising hospital workflow to allow our veterinarians to see a higher volume of cases, while supporting the ongoing provision of exceptional patient care
- Maintaining and managing the consulting and procedure schedules for specialists
