Full-Time Business Manager – Multi-Clinic Veterinary Group

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Manager to lead operations across our group of well-established, community-focused veterinary clinics located across Brisbane’s inner north. Your primary location will be Virginia Family Vet, while also managing Ascot Veterinary Surgery, Kalinga Park Veterinary Surgery, Albion Vet Surgery and SuperVets – Hendra.

This full-time role is ideal for a strong people leader who enjoys working across multiple sites, supporting teams, and driving consistency, efficiency and positive workplace culture.

About the Role

You will oversee the day-to-day business operations across all clinics, working closely with Lead Veterinarians and nursing leadership to support both people and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operational and business management across multiple veterinary practices

• Leadership, recruitment, onboarding and performance support of clinic teams

• Rostering, HR compliance and workplace culture development

• Financial oversight including budgets, KPIs and reporting

• Implementing and maintaining systems, processes and policies

• Supporting client experience, clinic growth and continuous improvement

• Liaising with suppliers and external partners

About You

You are an organised, approachable and confident leader with a genuine passion for supporting teams and improving business outcomes.

You will ideally have:

• Experience as a Business Manager or Practice Manager (veterinary, medical or allied health preferred)

• Proven ability to manage multiple sites or teams

• Strong HR, rostering and operational knowledge

• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• A collaborative, calm and solutions-focused approach
