Full-Time Receptionist – Veterinary Clinic Network (Brisbane Northside)

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join a close-knit team supporting multiple well-established veterinary clinics across Brisbane’s northside. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, working across several locations:

Albion Vet Surgery
SuperVets - Hendra
Ascot Veterinary Surgery
Kalinga Park Veterinary Surgery

About the Role

As a multi-clinic receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, helping ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient experience across all locations. You’ll work as part of a supportive administrative and clinical team, rotating between clinics as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and managing front-desk operations

• Answering phone and email enquiries in a professional manner

• Scheduling appointments and managing multiple clinic diaries

• Processing payments and handling basic invoicing

• Maintaining accurate client and patient records

• Supporting veterinarians and nurses with day-to-day administrative tasks

• Ensuring a calm and caring environment for clients and pets

About You

• Previous reception or customer service experience (veterinary or medical preferred but not essential)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working across multiple locations

• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

• Confident with computer systems and appointment software

• A genuine love for animals and care for people
