Casual Veterinary Receptionist – Gladesville Veterinary Hospital

Gladesville Veterinary Hospital is looking for a friendly, organised, and animal-loving Casual Receptionist to join our supportive and dedicated team.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience while supporting our busy veterinary team.

About the Role:

• Greeting clients and their pets with a positive, professional attitude

• Managing phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings

• Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records

• Assisting with general administrative tasks

• Supporting our vets and nurses to ensure smooth daily operations

About You:

• Previous reception or customer service experience (vet or medical preferred)

• Confident communication skills and a friendly manner

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software

• A genuine love for animals and customer care
