Lead Veterinarian – Allison Crescent Veterinary Hospital (Menai, NSW)
Allison Crescent Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Veterinarian to join and help guide our small, close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior vet looking to step into (or continue in) a leadership role while still enjoying hands-on clinical work in a supportive environment.
Located in the heart of Menai, our hospital has been delivering high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to the Sutherland Shire community since 2002. We pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and commitment to continuous improvement across both our people and facilities.
As Lead Vet, you will play a key role in mentoring the team, supporting clinical standards, and working closely with our practice manager to drive the clinic forward.
Our purpose-built clinic is well equipped with an in-house Heska laboratory (Element HT5, Element DC), digital radiology, ultrasonography, iM3 CR7 dental digital radiography, iM3 dental machine, pulse oximetry, Bair Hugger, VisionVPM practice management software, and more.

About You:
Bachelor or Doctor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent)
5+ years’ experience as a Veterinary Surgeon
Confident in general practice with strong surgical and medical skills
Passion for mentoring and supporting team development
A collaborative leader who fosters a positive team culture
Registration with the NSW Veterinary Practitioners Board
