OUR PHILOSOPHY

We love having fun and we love what we do. We believe respect and empathy starts IN the team and if we trust each other you can trust us to give your pet the very best care. Your pet is part of your family, but it’s part of our TVH family too. We will support you AND your pet through your pet ownership journey.

CORE VALUES

FUN!
Coming to work every day should bring you joy so we think it’s important to have some fun! Laughter is by far the best medicine so we make time for jokes, dancing and chatting.

EMPATHY
We genuinely care about our patients, our clients, our community and each other. We support one another and celebrate our successes. We care what the pets think of us and aim to provide a fear-free vet experience. We also give our patients the respect they deserve and the dignity of a peaceful death when the time is right.

FAMILY
Family is very important to our team, both in our personal lives and the beautiful work family we have created. Our TVH family is here to provide your family with the pet care they need. So often it’s about more than just treating your pet. We listen, we don’t judge and we help in whatever way we can.

ACCEPTANCE
TVH is a “no-judgement” zone. We accept that every client and every pet is different and we aim to work within your parameters, whatever they may be. We are kind and if that kindness is reciprocated, everyone and every pet is welcome.

RESPECT
Our team has a great deal of respect for one another and we pride ourselves on our positive culture and support network. We also have a great deal of respect for the clients in our pet community. In return we expect our clients to respect our staff and our services.
