• A dedicated 1:1 mentor to support and train you into building an excellent foundation for your career from your very first vaccination consult, to more complex cases

The Program at a glance:

We’ve designed this program to give graduates, like yourself, the clinical knowledge and training needed to pursue your career aspirations, in an encouraging environment:

• Development program combining hands-on clinical experience with formal training opportunities

• Guaranteed attendance at practical workshops including abdominal surgery and dentistry, among others

• Support by a dedicated external Veterinary mentor, Graduate Program Manager and in-clinic mentor to provide guidance and constructive feedback.

• The practical training will be supplemented with formal learning and specific clinical courses (webinars and clinical conferences)

• Our in-house mentorship program and CPD opportunities are designed specifically for new and recent veterinary graduates
