🐶 What We're Looking For:
•    We’re looking for a Lead Veterinarian who is truly passionate about animal welfare and has strong leadership skills, ready to guide and inspire our vibrant team. This includes mentoring a new graduate Vet who is eager to learn and grow under your guidance.
•    Bring your positive attitude and sense of humour – we believe in working hard and having fun along the way.
•    Commit to full time hours, where every moment is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of pets and their owners.
•    Exceptional communication and client relationship building skills
•    BVSc or equivalent, and registration to practice in Queensland

🩺 What you’ll be doing each day in a nutshell:
•    Deliver exceptional care to our patients in close collaboration with a skilled team 
•    Conduct regular consultations and perform routine surgeries
•    Mentor and support a new graduate Veterinarian, fostering their growth and development
•    Take a leadership role in helping manage clinic operations, guiding and inspiring team members, and playing an active role in strategic decision-making.
•    Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and drive efficiency, ensuring the best possible care for our patients.
•    Be part of a great community, building long-lasting relationships with pet owners and enhancing their experience.
•    Stay up to date with the latest trends and news in veterinary medicine
