The Role

As Practice Manager, you will work closely with the Lead Veterinarian and nursing team to oversee the daily operations of the clinic. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong organisational, financial, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations

  • Lead, mentor, and support veterinary nurses and reception staff

  • Manage staff rostering, recruitment, and performance reviews

  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting

  • Maintain inventory and supplier relationships

  • Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety and industry regulations

  • Drive client engagement and practice growth initiatives

About You

  • Previous experience in veterinary or healthcare practice management (preferred)

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities

  • Sound financial and business management knowledge

  • Highly organised with attention to detail

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding client and patient care
